In 2014, Nicole moved to RAI Services Company, where she took on various Human Resources positions, including Talent Development, Talent Management, and ultimately Lead Manager for Talent & Organizational Effectiveness until 2023. She briefly worked in other HR roles before returning to FPMR as a Senior Account Manager in May 2024.
Nicole is passionate about building relationships, creating impactful campaigns, and turning ideas into actionable initiatives, perfectly aligning with the dynamic needs of association management. With a solid foundation in communication, engagement, organizational efficiency, and event planning, she excels in roles where these skills drive positive results and enhance member and stakeholder experiences.
Outside of work, Nicole is deeply committed to caring for her three nephews, Isaac (20), Jacob (17), and Sam (16), often cheering them on at their high school sports events. She loves cooking and baking, frequently hosting gatherings for friends and family. Additionally, Nicole is an advocate for organ donation awareness. Inspired by her nephew’s experience, she organized a successful fundraising event in 2017 to support organ donation initiatives.
