He served as Senior Vice President at FirstPoint Collection Resources for 11 years, overseeing full P&L, operations, sales, and marketing.
Prior to that, he was Vice President at Credit Bureau Systems for 15 years, focusing on debt collection and call center services.
Bill also managed credit and collections at Palmer Wireless, where he developed corporate policies and built a centralized call center.
He holds a BASc in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
