Greensboro, NC – August 19, 2026 – FirstPoint Collection Resources, Inc., a division of FirstPoint, Inc., is proud to announce that Andria Kashuba has earned the Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) designation through ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
The CCCO is an advanced professional designation designed for experienced compliance professionals and typically held by individuals serving in senior compliance leadership roles. The designation demonstrates advanced knowledge of compliance strategy within the credit and collection industry and requires a significant investment in professional education and development.
For FirstPoint Collections, Andria’s achievement represents more than a personal professional milestone. It reinforces the company’s longstanding commitment to maintaining a strong culture of compliance and providing clients with collection services grounded in knowledge, accountability, and sound regulatory practices.

“Compliance isn’t something we view as a box to check. It is fundamental to how we serve our clients and operate our business,” said Bill Howard, SVP & COO, “Andria has been an important part of our compliance team for many years, and her decision to pursue this advanced designation is a tremendous reflection of both her commitment to professional development and FirstPoint’s commitment to doing things the right way. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishment.”
The CCCO designation encompasses a broad range of compliance topics relevant to today’s credit and collection environment, including advanced Fair Debt Collection Practices Act issues, responsibilities of data furnishers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, risk assessment, data security and privacy, CFPB expectations, ethical and professional collections, and the development of effective policies and procedures.
Maintaining the designation also requires ongoing professional development. ACA International’s current renewal requirements call for CCCO designees to complete 12 Professional Development Units during each two-year renewal period, underscoring the importance of continued education as laws, regulations, technology, and industry expectations evolve.
Andria has spent the past several months diligently preparing for the designation while continuing her responsibilities as a member of FirstPoint’s compliance team. Her accomplishment builds on more than 12 years with FirstPoint and reflects her long-standing commitment to expanding her knowledge and helping strengthen the organization’s compliance practices.
“I’m honored to continue my education and look forward to using what I’ve learned to contribute to our company’s continued growth and success,” said Andria. “I’m sincerely grateful to everyone who has played a meaningful role in my journey and supported me throughout the past 12 years. This achievement would not have been possible without you.”
The entire FirstPoint family congratulates Andria on this significant professional achievement and looks forward to the continued value her expertise brings to the company, its clients, and its commitment to responsible, compliant collection practices.
