Our Story: A Legacy of Trust, Excellence, and Innovation
FirstPoint’s roots trace back to the 1906 and Greensboro Merchants Association. By 1940, the thriving association evolved into the Credit Bureau of Greater Greensboro, Inc.
Throughout the 1980s, the company diversified through a series of strategic acquisitions to meet business’s growing needs for human-centered, back-office services.
FirstPoint Holdings was officially formed in 2001, unifying our divisions of Debt Collection, Call Center Services, Background Screening, and Association Management under one brand umbrella.
Today, FirstPoint is a family of resources with over 300 employees and an outstanding reputation for professionalism and compliance, driven by our legacy and unwavering commitment to clients and the community.
