- William (Bill) Howard has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FirstPoint, Inc. Previously serving as Vice President of both FirstPoint Background Screening and FirstPoint Collections, Bill brings decades of industry knowledge and operational leadership to his expanded role, where he will oversee company-wide initiatives and strategic growth efforts.
