The Baker’s Dozen rankings are one of the most credible and respected measures in the background screening industry, assessing service excellence and client satisfaction from real-world users and decision-makers.

To put this achievement in perspective: there are a little over 700 background screening agencies that are PBSA (Professional Background Screening Association) members. Of those, only about 120 (roughly 10%) are PBSA Certified, a distinction FirstPoint Background Screening proudly holds and continues to maintain.
