Compliance Specialist

FirstPoint, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Compliance Specialist.  This position is responsible for ensuring the compliance of contractual requirements and federal, state and local regulations as applicable.   This position is also responsible for assisting the Director of Compliance in monitoring all day-to-day operations of compliance as applicable to the Company. 

Interested candidates should meet the following qualifications.  Some post-secondary education in business administration or other relevant field, in addition to at least one year experience is preferred.  Experience and some knowledge of debt collection is required.  This position requires having knowledge and understanding of the FCRA, FDCPA and HIPAA laws and regulations.  This position requires having the ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal form.  Must have knowledge and experience working with MS Word and Excel.  Must be very detail oriented.
