Bill is the Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of FirstPoint’s Collections, Call Center, and Background Screening divisions. With over 25 years of experience in debt collection, call center services, and credit management, Bill leads operations, sales, and strategic growth initiatives across these business lines.
Previously, Bill served as Senior Vice President at FirstPoint Collection Resources for 11 years, overseeing full P&L, operations, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining FirstPoint, he was Vice President at Credit Bureau Systems for 15 years, focusing on debt collection and call center services. He also managed credit and collections at Palmer Wireless, where he developed corporate policies and built a centralized call center.
Bill holds a BASc in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
